In this video you are invited to find the freedom of balance through kindness and courage. The practice focuses on a strong standing and balancing flow, as well as some playful arm balances (including handstand).

Inner joy is an important element in any practice, so you may want to integrate the “Happy Meditation” on page 168 of Yoga for Dragon Riders into your day. This is a wonderful meditation to do because it gives you a sense of peace while also bringing you more energy and healing your body on a physical level.
