This class is an incredibly restful and nurturing practice. It is mostly restorative with a few gentle stretches.

There is the option to do Shoulderstand at the end of class. Please only do this pose if you know you can practice it safely.

The focus is on self-acceptance, nurturing and healing. In order to live with full integrity as a human being and have the honor of a great Dragon Rider, there needs to be a willingness to completely be your authentic self.

Let go and Be. Present. Whole. Grounded. Surrender any struggle and enter into the deep peace that awaits you within. Rest in the cradle of healing.

What 5 words could you write in your journal that would capture that which is meaningful to you in this moment?

I encourage you to read about the art of practicing Savasana on page 158 of Yoga for Dragon Riders. It’s always good to remind ourselves how important it is to just relax, receive, allow, and ride the ocean of the breath.

Well, that’s the last video of this series. You can practice any of these classes whenever you like. There’s a lot to be found in this video series and the book, and your practice will deepen layer by layer, day by day.

Namaste!
