Living your highest truth is very much about service—how you live is a gift to the world. Journey into the sanctuary of the heart and find healing: for yourself, and for anyone or anything beyond your own self.

You can choose to share the healing vibrations of your practice in any way. Make an offering of your practice, and feel how much deeper your experience takes you.

Is there anything you’d like to journal about that came up as you practiced?

An excellent complement to this practice is a loving-kindness meditation called “Metta” which you’ll find on page 208 of Yoga for Dragon Riders. Simply sit in meditation and repeat the mantra over and over again. It will take you deep into the heart of compassion.
