This practice is your invitation to rediscover yourself in the flowing dance of life, and on your mat in your breath and body. Vinyasa is the practice of even awareness, which invites you to flow and purify. Get out your Ujjayi breathing and ride the waves of Shakti!

Note: You may need a strap for this class if your hamstrings are tight.

What did you feel in your practice? Take a few minutes to write in your Rider’s Journal anything that you discovered about yourself or life as you rode the waves of breath on your mat.
